Refund Policy

Vancap is provided to organisations on a subscription basis, under our Terms of Service and any order or service agreement agreed with us.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (for example, monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time by contacting us at support@vancap.ai or as described in the Platform. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or features you did not use — except where a refund is required by law or we expressly agree one in writing.
If your organisation has a signed service agreement with us, the cancellation and refund terms of that agreement take precedence over this policy.
If you think you have been charged in error, contact us at support@vancap.ai and we will look into it promptly.
